anyway, here is short information on pgr21's progamer ranking system.

1. pgr21 ranking is unofficial ranking.
official ranking can be found here, http://www.21cpga.or.kr/index.php?mid=gamer/ranking_0112
21cpga started to make official ranking 2 months ago. they are getting better & better.

2. pgr21 ranking is based on available game results of offical league or event or TV leagues since 1999 PKO.
pgr21 collected +2800 game results and updating records every two weeks (sometimes two months.. -_-)

3. pgr21 made two major ranking point, Pgr21 Point & Ladder Point.

Pgr21 Point = (# of Win)*(Win Percentage)*25 + 1000
(ex. if A player's record is 30Win 20Lose, A's pgr21 point=30*(30/50)*25 + 1000 = 1450)

Ladder Point = Similar to Official Battlenet Ladder Point system, but more complicated

Tips,
1. move mouse over to No.x, and wait 2-3 seconds, popup will be appeared.
2. move mouse vert to right side of No.x, it's gamer's korean name. click them.
you can find out that player's all played game.
